Comment:
The conducted sinus beats, with the VEBs, come in three varieties: âpureâ sinus or âpureâ ectopic beats, and fusion beats. Here, many of the couplets are, in reality, ménage à trois: a fusion complex and a âpureâ beat. This bigeminy is really trigeminal.
Technically, xylocaine ordered over the phone (never a very sound practice) should be given, for the couplets.
