Second degree AV block, Möbitz 2
Borderline ST segment depression
Comment:
This is quite unusual but fulfils perfectly the simplest and most useful definition of Type 2 block: all the PR intervals are the same.
Below (Fig 144a) is another trace, with 3:2 conduction bigeminy throughout.
