Comment:
The above diagnoses, reasonable as they may sound, were all wrong. The only person at Woden Valley Hospital so far who made the correct diagnosis is Sister Sharon Henrick, who co-authored a case report86 on this patient. She later became an equally brilliant barrister in Sydney87.
The answer became apparent when the conduction changed: see Case 135 (next).
