LVH with Right Axis Deviation

Report:

Sinus rhythm 86/min

Right axis deviation +105o

Left atrial abnormality

Left ventricular hypertrophy with ST/T changes

Probable biventricular hypertrophy

Comment:

The unusual combination of LVH (RV6 > RV5, LAA and typical repolarisation changes) with RAD suggests biventricular hypertrophy, especially HOCM. In this case it was post-transplant COCM.
