Electrical Interference
Report:
Sinus rhythm
Probable electrical interference ?origin
Borderline ST/T changes aVL & aVF
Suggest repeat
Comment:
It is tempting to ascribe the striking artefact to some kind of electrical stimulator used for the patientâs spasticity. The frequency observed is too high for spastic muscle tremor.
Unfortunately the patient was transferred to another city before the ECG could be acted upon. A known unknown! 169. V1-2 strip of a 50 year old man on digoxin and a thiazide diuretic. There are some reciprocal changes, but not in the usual sense.
