Respiratory T Wave Inversion(test)

Report:
Sinus rhythm
Respiratory T wave inversion
Comment:
Like in Case 117, the only danger to the patient is that her ECG strips may be taken seriously. It is more of a problem in 12-lead tracings, where only a few beats may be recorded in the right precordial leads, where respiratory fluctuation is most likely to happen. Deep conclusions and painful tests may result.
T wave is the most unstable part of the ECG. Airline pilots may flip it while landing, inverted ones may normalise during anginal attacks, etc86. But this case illustrates another pitfall.
119. 76 year old man admitted for removal of a meningioma. He has history of remote myovcardial infarction.
